Long Life Spans
Long Life-Spans In Bible (900+)
According to the Bible the first people lived for a much longer time before they died. Why not today? Is there any science that may support longer life spans in the past or in the future? We think the evidence may suprise you.
What Is Entropy? May It Play A Role? What Does The Science Say?
Entropy is simply a measure of disorder and affects all aspects of our daily lives. In fact, you can think of it as nature’s tax. Left unchecked disorder increases over time. Energy disperses, and systems dissolve into chaos. The more disordered something is, the more entropic we consider it.
Does entropy cause aging?
Entropy is a measure of order and disorder. If left alone, aging systems go spontaneously from youthful, low entropy and order to old, high entropy and disorder.
Science of Reverse Aging
In a recent article from Bloomberg : Researchers have reversed ageing in human skin cells by 30 years, according to a new study.
Scientists say they have developed a method to time jump human skin cells by three decades – longer than previous reprogramming methods, rewinding the ageing clock without the cells losing their function.
And from NBC : Researchers at Harvard University are investigating whether human genes could reverse the effects of aging. NBC Medical Fellow Dr. Akshay Syal got exclusive access to their lab to discuss the future of how to defy aging.

What Causes Aging + Death?
According to science there are many factors that contribute to aging, and if you’ve been paying attention there are those that are trying desperately to slow or even reverse aging.
Here are breifly some of the reasons we are told we age :
Programmed Theories of Aging
Programmed theories assert that the human body is designed to age and there is a certain biological timeline that bodies follow. All of these theories share the idea that aging is natural and “programmed” into the body.
Error Theories of Aging
Error theories assert that aging is caused by environmental damage to the body’s systems, which accumulates over time.
Genetic Theory of Aging
Studies have demonstrated that genetics can play a major role in aging.
Biochemical Theory of Aging
No matter what genes you have inherited, your body is continually undergoing complex biochemical reactions. Some of these reactions cause damage and, ultimately, aging in the body.
With some of this out of the way we can get into what the Bible has said : Sin entered the world through Adam and passed to all mankind.
God prophecy :
[Gen 2:17 KJV] But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
When God uses prophecy a day is to God as 1000 years.
[2Pe 3:8 KJV] But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day [is] with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
So…like God had warned, sin entered when Adam ‘had the knowledge’ that He had transgressed God’s command. He had the knowledge of evil. he obtained the knowledge because he knew what God had said. Something changed in His body. His fellowship with God and trust was broken. He died that instant in spirit, even before God asked him if he had eaten. He knew he was naked before God and he had sin. Fulfilling prophecy also his fallen body also died within the 1000 years of prophecy as well. Perhaps sin, like cancer, entered the perfect being Adam made to live forever and be rejuvinated by God now was bound to die.
More on how sin kills :
First, death is what we’ve got coming : for we’ve all gone our own way and sinned :
[Rom 6:20 KJV] For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.
[Rom 6:21 KJV] What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things [is] death.
[Rom 6:22 KJV] But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
[Rom 6:23 KJV] For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
But for God. He loves us so much He has sent His Son to take our place in death and be separated forever from God…He made a way back to God…
[Rom 5:1 KJV] Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
[Rom 5:2 KJV] By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
[Rom 5:3 KJV] And not only [so], but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
[Rom 5:4 KJV] And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
[Rom 5:5 KJV] And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
[Rom 5:6 KJV] For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
[Rom 5:7 KJV] For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
[Rom 5:8 KJV] But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
[Rom 5:9 KJV] Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
[Rom 5:10 KJV] For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
[Rom 5:11 KJV] And not only [so], but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
[Rom 5:12 KJV] Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
[Rom 5:13 KJV] (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
[Rom 5:14 KJV] Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
[Rom 5:15 KJV] But not as the offence, so also [is] the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, [which is] by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
[Rom 5:16 KJV] And not as [it was] by one that sinned, [so is] the gift: for the judgment [was] by one to condemnation, but the free gift [is] of many offences unto justification.
[Rom 5:17 KJV] For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
[Rom 5:18 KJV] Therefore as by the offence of one [judgment came] upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one [the free gift came] upon all men unto justification of life.
[Rom 5:19 KJV] For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
[Rom 5:20 KJV] Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
[Rom 5:21 KJV] That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
