Types of Jesus :
Noah's Ark
The Ark was to be made of wood and it was to be lifted up and bear God’s wrath.
The Ark was to be covered in pitch – Definition of PITCH= kāp̄ar= to cover, purge, make an atonement, make reconciliation, cover over with pitch.
The Ark was baptised with water, and ‘raptured’ or lifted above the earth on top of the waters and saved all the people who had believed and entered with Noah ( name means ‘rest’ ) and left the old sin filled world to it’s doom
The flood came suddenly and unexpectedly to those on the Earth who laughed and mocked Noah.
The ark had one door. It was the only way in and God shut the door.
Jesus as Noah's Ark
Jesus and the wood were lifted up and bore God’s wrath on the wooden cross.
Jesus shed his blood and when we believe in Him He covers us inside and out, the Holy Ghost seals us unto the day of redemption. We are offered reconciliation and He purges our sins and covers over them.
Jesus lifted Himself up above the world and has promised if we rest in Him, are baptised in His name, that He will lift us up from this world of sin before it’s judgement.
Jesus warns that His return and the trubulation that is to come on the whole world will be like in the Day’s of Noah.

Joseph’s Brothers Did Not Believe Him & Hated Him

Joseph’s Brother’s Conspired To Kill Him
And when they saw him afar off, even before he came near unto them, they conspired against him to slay him. [Genesis 37:18 KJV]
Jesus’ People Conspired To Kill Him

They Stripped Joseph Of His Garments
And it came to pass, when Joseph was come unto his brethren, that they stript Joseph out of his coat, [his] coat of [many] colours that [was] on him; [Genesis 37:23 KJV]

Joseph Gave Bread To Starving Egypt
During the 7 good years Joseph, as Pharaoh’s vizier had gathered up all the surplus food. When the famine started he sold this food back to the Egyptians. By the next year they had no money left, but still needed bread; so he gave them bread for their life-stock
